When and where will “TEXTILLEGPROM” take place?
The 65th International Exhibition of Textile and Light Industry “TEXTILLEGPROM” will take place March 3–5, 2026 at Crocus Expo, Pavilion 3, Hall 13.

This year, thanks to joint efforts with Techtextile, Textile Collection, CJF — Children’s Fashion, and Mir Detstva, record attendance is expected — more than 45,000 visitors. The Business Program will feature 10+ zones and around 500 speakers.
What are the working hours of “TEXTILLEGPROM”?
  • September 16–17, 2025 — 10:00–18:00
  • September 18, 2025 — 10:00–16:00
Exhibitors must occupy their stands daily by 09:00.
How do I get to the venue of “TEXTILLEGPROM”?
Crocus Expo can be reached by public transport or by car. Detailed information is available on our website.

How can I take part in “TEXTILLEGPROM”?
  • Exhibitor completes the Participation Form and sends it to the Organizer.
  • Based on the request, the Organizer provides booth space according to thematic zoning.
  • After receiving the agreed booth layout and signed contract, the Organizer issues an invoice.
  • Exhibitor pays 50% within 5 business days of invoice (reservation confirmed until full payment).
How can I order the setup of a standard booth?
Includes: carpet, wall panels, company name on fascia panel, spotlights, sockets, furniture, coat rack, trash bin, etc.

  • If suitable, simply check “Standard Booth Equipment” in Appendix №2.
  • For a custom booth, provide a drawn layout or 3D model.
  • Unused items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Additional equipment is ordered via Appendix №3, with payment due within 5 business days.


⚠️ Important:

  • Missing equipment must be reported in writing to the Organizer.
  • AV equipment belonging to Exhibitors may only be used with prior approval from BuildExpo (general contractor).
  • Custom booth materials must comply with Federal Law №184-FZ (Technical Regulation) with fire safety class no higher than G1.
How can I get accreditation for independent booth setup?
Receive an empty floor space without equipment, carpet, or utilities.

Obligations for custom setup:

  • By August 15, 2025: submit Appendix №4, 3D model, and technical drawings to the Organizer.
  • By August 22, 2025: project documentation must pass accreditation with BuildExpo.
  • After August 25, 2025, surcharges apply.

How can I arrange visa support?
Foreign citizens (except some CIS countries) require a visa.
Exhibitors can request a personal invitation letter from the Organizer for visa purposes.
How can I get customs clearance and cargo delivery services?
Loading/unloading of exhibition goods requiring customs clearance must be handled by Official Freight Forwarders of the venue.
Where can I find the list of “TEXTILLEGPROM” Exhibitors?
The current list of exhibitors is available on our website or in the Exhibition Guide at Pavilion 3, Hall 13 entrance.
How is entry/exit to the pavilions organized during “TEXTILLEGPROM”?
• Issue and approve a Letter of Entry/Exit for equipment and exhibits.
• Obtain a Transport Permit for loading/unloading during setup and dismantling.
