RESULTS OF TEXTILLEGPROM, AUTUMN 2022
On September 9, TEXTILLEGPROM the 58th Federal Trade Fair for Textile and Light Industry Goods and Equipment completed its work at VDNH.
The Fair was attended by 273 companies from 32 regions of the Russian Federation and from 12 countries of the world. The exhibition, as in previous seasons, aroused great interest among visitors: within four days of work, 19,115 people came to get acquainted with the products and services of exhibitors. In pavilions 55 and 57, both long-term participants of the Fair and new companies were presented. The participants demonstrated a multifaceted range of proposals for the textile industry: new technologies, innovative high-tech equipment, raw materials for textile and light industry: fibers, threads, yarn, fabrics; accessories, clothing, home textiles, technical textiles and much more.
By tradition, the organizers, when choosing participants, focused on promoting the idea that has been the main concept of TEXTILLEGPROM for 29 years: to support and promote competitive national products, to help in creation of new areas of work and domestic start-ups, and to promote the professional growth of Russian specialists. But this season, the topic of import substitution has become more important than ever. Today, our business is being challenged by the international economic community and has to operate under very difficult conditions. Light industry is not yet included in the list of strategic industries, but those segments of our economy that are designed to ensure the country's defense capability and the security of its citizens directly depend on its work. And the organizers and participants of the exhibition tried to emphasize this. Therefore, both the participants' exposition and a rich business program were devoted to import substitution, which included a plenary session, a scientific conference, various round tables, meetings with experts, and master classes.
For the organizers, it is especially important that during the events of the business program at the site of TEXTILLEGPROM, an atmosphere of constructive dialogue was created, direct communication between business and representatives of those state structures on which it now depends how effectively state aid programs will work. The meetings, conferences and round tables were attended by speakers from the Federation Council, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo), regional governments and government agencies. Representatives of large corporations, leading companies in the industry, research laboratories and institutes, various educational institutions and programs also participated in the business program. Speakers from foreign countries also spoke at the events about new opportunities for export-import and about the work of foreign markets open to Russian business under sanctions. The organizers express their gratitude to all participants of the business program for the opportunity to maintain live communication between government officials and industry professionals, during which a real opportunity was created to influence the resolution of issues related to the work of state support measures. The organizers thank the speakers for their informative reports, which made it possible to give the business program the status of not just an exhibition event, but to bring its events to a higher scientific and practical level. The results of the business program and the exhibition itself once again confirmed that the value of TEKSTILLEGPROM lies in the fact that the Fair brings real commercial results to participants every year and is the best marketing and advertising tool for any type of products, goods and services in the industry.
The successful holding of TEXTILLEGPROM – the 58th Federal Trade Fair for Textile and Light Industry Goods and Equipment on September 6-9, 2022 proved that the Fair is the largest event in the domestic light industry market, a universal platform for demonstrating the achievements and successes of industry manufacturers, an effective platform for dialogue between representatives of business and government structures.
We are waiting for you at TEXTILLEGPROM, the 59th Federal Trade Fair for Textile and Light Industry Goods and Equipment, which will be held at VDNH from February 28 to March 3, 2023 in pavilions 33, 55 and 57.
